Free shipping on eligible orders of US$99.99 or more

Our eligible international shipping destinations have a free shipping option when your merchandise subtotal is US$99.99 or more after discounts and before taxes and shipping. No promotional code is required for this shipping rate. Enter your delivery address at checkout to confirm the available shipping options.

Free shipping uses the standard delivery timeframe: 7–12 calendar days after dispatch. Custom production is completed within 7 calendar days of final design approval and is separate from shipping time. See Shipping & Delivery.

Expedited shipping is a separate option. Any charge or applicable shipping offer is shown at checkout. Availability depends on your destination and order.

Team and organization orders

For a team order, request a free custom quote with your sport, quantity, required delivery date, and design details. We will confirm pricing for your specific order. If you already have a written quote or promotional offer from DIYUME, contact us with those details so we can verify the applicable terms before you pay.

Promotional codes

If you receive a promotional code, enter it at checkout. Eligibility, minimum purchase requirements, validity dates, and any product exclusions depend on the specific offer. Checkout confirms whether a code can be applied or combined with another offer. A discount can reduce your merchandise subtotal below the free shipping threshold.
