- We have a standard shipping fee of 4.5$ to 5.5$ on most products unless express shipping options is available. There might be a free shipping offers in certain times.

- Yes, we do.
- How do I track my package?
- You will receive an email with the tracking number when requested.
- How long does it take for an order to arrive?

This depends on the product ordered. It typically takes only 2-3 days to get your order shipped out. Once shipped, it typically arrives within a few 7-9
business days.
Custom item Receiving Time = Production Time + Shipping Time

After the purchase, the processing time is about 5 – 8 business days because each garment is handcrafted for you from scratch in our workshop.
Most orders should be received within 2-3 weeks. Some delays might occur due to unforeseen reasons such as busy holiday seasons, custom and transit delays and weather conditions. If your order is delayed and not shipped yet, you can always cancel your order via email and receive a full refund. - I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?
- When you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way.
