SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Production time for custom orders
Custom production is completed within 7 calendar days of final design approval. Production time starts when you approve your final artwork, not when you first place your order. Please allow additional time before approval for design discussions and revisions.
Shipping time after dispatch
- Expedited shipping: within 5 calendar days after dispatch.
- Standard shipping: 7–12 calendar days after dispatch.
All times above are calendar days, not business days. Shipping time is separate from production time. Your total delivery time includes design approval, production, and shipping.
Delivery may be affected by customs clearance, holidays, severe weather, or carrier delays. If you need your order for a game or event, contact support@diyume.com with your required delivery date, quantity, and shipping destination before ordering.
Shipping charges and destinations
We ship internationally. Available shipping methods and charges for your destination are shown at checkout. Please review the shipping charge and final order total before placing your order.
Tracking your order
For tracking information, contact support@diyume.com with your order number. Tracking details can be provided by email.
Delayed orders
If your order is delayed and has not yet shipped, you may contact us by email to cancel and receive a full refund.
Orders with multiple items
Items in the same order may ship separately and arrive at different times. If you need help locating part of your order, contact us with your order number.
