Shipping & delivery

Custom production is completed within 7 calendar days of final design approval. After dispatch, expedited shipping takes up to 5 calendar days and standard shipping takes 7–12 calendar days. Production and shipping are separate; allow additional time for design discussions before approval.

Eligible international orders qualify for free standard shipping when the merchandise subtotal is US$99.99 or more after discounts, before taxes and shipping. Enter your delivery address at checkout to confirm available options. See offer details and Shipping & Delivery.

Returns & quality issues

Custom items generally cannot be returned because you selected the wrong size or changed your mind. Contact us if you have a special situation.

For quality issues or production errors, contact support@diyume.com within 30 calendar days of receipt, with your order number and photos. Once confirmed, DIYUME will arrange a replacement, remake, or refund and cover the related shipping costs.

Eligible non-custom returns can be requested within 30 calendar days of delivery, subject to the conditions in our Refund Policy. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
